Meet Our Pastoral Team
Mark and Terri Busch have been at Connect Church since July of 1999. They are both graduates of OKWU in Bartlesville, OK. They’ve been married since May 1998 and have two sons – Jack and Lance. Mark is the Lead Pastor at Connect Church while Terri serves in Worship, as the Communications Team Leader, Sunday School Teacher, and wherever else she is needed. They have a passion to reach and serve the lost. Both are strong defenders of Bible authority and love to have fun wherever they go.
Kenneth Ostler serves our Youth and Children’s Pastor. He and his wife Aprille joined the Connect Church team in January 2020. They have been serving as Youth Pastors since 2016 and are both graduates of Evangel University in Springfield, MO. They have been married since January 2017, and have two sons – KJ (Kenneth Jr.), Kendon, and Kendall. They have a passion for seeing the next generation grow closer to God.
Ashlee Searle serves as our Office Manager at Connect Church and has worked diligently to keep us organized since 2015. She has been married to Christian Searle since September 2022 and they have a son named Michael. She also serves as our Worship Leader. Her God-given passion for worship has been with her since she was a kid and she has had the opportunity to lead worship in the community since 2005. Her goal is to help the congregation seek the Lord and strive to become closer with Him each and every week.
